Read the PDF on it. Add $20k for the windows. Then you have the footings and basement. NO insulation or roof, inside unfinished.

BTW, I should have gotten a haircut about the first of November and missed. My lady who cuts my hair has a bunch of blue haired ladies that like to get fixed up during the holidays so it might be a few weeks before I can get a cut. Getting right shaggy now. Should I go for a mullet?

That price is just the base price, you also need the land, and everything else that goes into a house..toilets, light fixtures, cupboards...YOu know the basics..

You'd be living in a glass house for sure, and what is it constructed with, steel?

Remember resale, and location..
