Gary: I'm not sure what is going on w/ SIGA's vol increase over the last few day. I know it has nothing to do with Tsunami or product sales as one poster suggested. As you know, the reward will come when and if smallpox or other bio-defense contracts are awarded. The good news with SIGA is there is plenty of cash on hand to wait for these developments. I have been fully loaded with both holding and trading shares in SIGA for over 2 years. There is smart money behind this stock and in my experience, they often get paid. I'm looking for 4.50-5.00 on this, but have no idea when. Baton
