Haha. Okay, let's see. Skype isn't public so you can't buy the shares. Livedoor in Japan has the agency there, and those shares are available. But Skype is a small part of their business.

Verizon and the likes will be losers, so they are out.

Fibre carriers will get more traffic, so that's an avenue. Skype phone makers will benefit but I don't know who they are. Google could tell you.

Wireless Skype will be good, making mobility cheaper - maybe even cheap enough to use [it's too expensive in New Zealand and many places to use at will].
