thanks for the clarification. That's exactly what happened, as I figured out. If you place someone on Ignore, as it currently works, all messages from AND TO them are ignored. We might change the workings of it later, but we're going to try this simplified model out for a while to see how it goes. Especially now that we've made it easy to toggle Ignore on and off, and ignored messages show up as a link you can hit to read the message. LOL...so it was operator error after all.........
