I see the bans are removed. Thanks you. I see a use for bans- -say, silencing the meaningless vulgarity of a "laura bush" or stopping someone from intentionally trolling and destroying a thread or setting up a "political clubhouse" thread such as LWP or RWET or the Conservative Convention threads, but using them to silence political opposition on what is supposedly a politically open thread isn't one of them. Not that I accuse you of that. You have proven your open mindedness and fairness by removing them. If they people banned insist on being banned again, that will become apparent and you will find little opposition to such a move. (Not none; there's never none, but most people will recognize and agree with what you did.) Thanks again.
