"I see a clear difference between the two situations..."

Of course you do, as would anyone with a functional brain.

Clinton committed perjury and Kennedy committed vehicular homicide. Both committed crimes and get excused because they "apologized" later.

But whale-boy wants to condemn Bush because he won't hold a press conference to publicly hang himself over tactical errors in execution of a war. Orca is a dope if he thinks the situations are even remotely comparable.

You're still lying and you know it. Kennedy did not kill anyone. It was an accident. There is a difference. Not to say that he was not responsible for the accident...I don't know. But he has admitted to mistakes.

Now I can rumble around in the republican closet and pull out a parade of buffoons too. But that does not address the original question which was why does Bush refuse to admit mistakes and make the appropriate adjustments? You're avoiding the question by throwing up a smoke screen of others faults.

When will Bush admit to the American people that mistakes have been made. And when will he reformulate his foreign policy to align with the facts as we know them now?

He won't change from the rut he's in I'm afraid.
