I use Penntrade, with the Can symbol. It is online
routed to Canada, usually using Canaccord, sometimes First,
executes very fast nowadays, and I watch it execute on
Stockwatch.

Reporting back of the trade to US can sometimes take a
while, so I watch for the trade execution.

Yes, Penntrade is not available in all US states.

Remember there is a Canadian broker overseeing all trades,
no blind online trades in principle in Canada IMO.

One very good thing is they can not front run your trade,
the bid/ask for each price is timed and you get your turn
fair and square unlike OTC MM garbage makers.

I used OTCBB to build TSX positions in 2000 and 01.
Slow trading, wide spreads, and bad MM's.
