Dude, I have exchanged e-mail with the author of that post. You can poo-poo him as a pyjama suited blogger, but that doesn't alter the data. He has a list of names of people who voted in Ukraine County on Nov. 2, obtained from King County Elections. 895,660 names to be precise. 899,199 votes were certified from the hand recount. Simple math. How do you explain that King County's own voting records reflect slightly less than 4,000 additional votes being counted in the hand recount than the County has on record as having voted?
