Well, nuts! I need to revise the logic a bit. I just re-created a problem we were having when this version first went live. If you wrote the last message in the thread, it shows as an unread message. Edit: Just changed it so that if you hit the last message in a thread, the counter doesn't get reset unless you're the author of that message. That means if you reply to a message, the counter will get reset. But you can click the link to the message to which you were replying and hit "Mark as Last Read" there to put the counter back if you want.
