Defined benefit pension plan -- possibly won't be here much longer<ng> I think I read somewhere that CA is now pondering to switch their state pension plan from defined benefit to defined contribution plan.

As more and more state and local gov. struggling with their budget, defined benefit pension plan will be focused on using magnifiers to examine how much risk the taxpayers can take.
