It was only a small disagreement. And of course it depends on whom you choose to classify as an innocent civilian. I think the insurgency (or really, the insurgencies- because there is really more than one insurgency)- has or have killed a significant number of civilians. And yes, I totally agree with you, the US is responsible for creating the chaos that has allowed, and that will allow, violence to flourish. It's pretty obvious the Us does not and will not ever control iraq. The only question left is whether anyone can control Iraq.

My disagreement was only on one very small point.
