Awwww, that is very sweet, Ionesco. A very happy new year to you and your menagerie, as well. I do not care for New Year's Eve at all, and like to spend it quietly at home. On the other hand, there is nothing on television, so I am probably totally alone in feeling that spending it here at SI is quite a bit of fun. Well, I am having a glass of wild cherry brandy at the same time, which I usually save for sore throats and such. So feeling very festive. Today I went with my family to a very old resort hotel out in the country for a lovely lunch and a wine tasting session. The sky and the weather report suggested snow, but somehow rain is all that happened. I am hopeful it will snow tomorrow, though. The problem with New Year's resolutions is that on the first of January, you have to start acting on them.
