The Iraq war plays on a world stage, not just in the sands of the middle east. As it plays out with ... with every dirty trick known to man and some new ones... the likely winner seems China, the one coutry poised to watch the self destruction without getting entangled. In the meantime it grows in strenght while the U.S. spends morals and treasure on torture without even having a goal to fight for.

Re: I and others have been saying for years that the fight had to be a "black ops" mission a total direction of counter insurgency fought with every dirty trick known to man and some new ones.......

You left Susan Sontag off you list of enemies. Sontag, far more than most, understood the essential nature of morality as being a necessary prerequisite for a society to prosper.

When a system becomes morally reprehensible, it collapses of its own internal contradictions. This is what happened to Nazi German and this is what happened to the Soviet Union, both of whom had grand imperial ambitions.

The only thing wrong with your cracked world vision, Chuck, is that no one in their right mind and with any sense of morality or decency will ever go along with it.

What you are proposing in utterly criminal in nature and corrupt in intent.

I find it shameful that America has such completely alien and anti-American polemicists in its body politic.

I am sure you did your patriotic duty on how to handle occupiers and infiltrators??

That is, learning and practicing just the basics, not planning it all.

Adapted for this millenium and realistic possibilities??
(watch out, those single-seat-district gerrymandered states...)

PS Luckily not many single-seat-districts left, nor right, except in USA.
