OT: It would not be a stock I could buy at these prices. Fundamentally the company has 9 times more debt than cash.

Technically the stock is being held back at its 200 day sma. In addition the trading history is much too short for my liking.

Obviously it could go to the moon. I just won't be on board for the launch.

OT Michael RE: SRXA

I like the general business plan as WIMAX has great potential. They appear to have acquired the basic technology from other companies suffering from the telecom bust. Whether they have the bucks to execute is the big question.

Like you, I worry about the debt level since this is a very capital intensive business. Naturally I also worry about big competitors like ERICY and ALA. Fidelity's slug of stock is some comfort here, even if it is Fid Canada Disciplined Eq Fund rather than one of their telecom funds.

Technically the stock looks good on that huge recent volume and price spike, unless it is merely an artifact related to reverse split or some other factor.

It bears watching.

I notice it is trading now at a 35% discount to where it was since you brought it to my attention only 2.5 weeks ago.

Any additional thoughts?
