"There is nothing you accept but your own interpretation."

You fail to acknowledge that you post your opinion &
discredited liberal propaganda as your sources of truth &
reality.

I use real facts from credible sources that can be
independently verified to discredit your liberal propaganda.

Interpret that any way you want. It won't change reality.

We live in the real world Suma. Unsubstantiated opinion &
liberal propaganda can only create a false perception of
reality. And that's where we differ.

Dan Rather's apology was no different than a criminal saying
he was genuinely sorry...... that he got caught.

Look at what Rather really did in the forged documents
scandal & compare it to his apology.

He apologized only about using the documents. Rather's lame
apology came long after he lied, misled, distorted reality &
viciously attacked those who exposed the documents to be
obvious forgeries.

He didn't apologize about the lies he told on camera
("unimpeachable sources, ET AL.).

He didn't apologize for falsely disparaging bloggers who
exposed the forged documents.

He didn't apologize for misleading America by never informing
them cBS had experts repeatedly warning Rather about the lack
of veracity of the documents before Rather rushed to air them.

Rather never apologized for intentionally misrepresenting the
2 experts he used since they both admitted they never
verified the authenticity of the forged documents, yet he
claimed they verified them.

Rather never apologized for stating on camera that the
accuracy of the documents might be in question, but the
accuracy of their content was not ("fake but accurate").
Meanwhile, without those forged documents, Rather had ZERO
evidence to support those lies.

Shall I go on? There's plenty more.

And where is that independent investigation Rather talked
about? cBS promised it would be released in a couple of
weeks. It's been several months.

Not a word from cBS.

"Whatever the circumstances there was an I AM SORRY.from Rather. Something your hero GW had never ever said one out of the three words to anything he has done.... and his mistakes are numerous."

You and others (orca, for example) keep demanding Bush apologize for unspecified "mistakes" on the grounds that others have apologized for blatant, deliberate and malicious lies. Show me where Bush did anything remotely like what Rather did (or Clinton or Kennedy) and maybe you'll have something comparable, requiring an apology.
