You can ignore Gloop if you want. I'm not convinced he's human. I was sent some pictures that seem to indicate he's an iguana. Probably eats dead fish on the beach. Rather has been a liberal and introduced a liberal bias into his reporting ever since he started. What happened with him and those fake documents and his eagerness to jump on them is no surprise to me. OK. He apologized. He gets points for that. He did so ONLY after it was quite apparent his story wouldn't stand, though. It was falling in pieces around him. And he's retiring. Good. Maybe SeeBS learned something from this and will pick a replacement whose axe is less sharp. And whose judgement is better. BTW, all kinds of rumors were circulating about Kerry's Vietnam service too. Would you consider that to be justification for Fox if they ran a story with fake letters about him shooting a Vietnamese boy in the back as he was running away?

Dan Rather has a long history of liberal bias in his reporting. No wonder like the his opinions presented as hard news even though it's slanted, distorted, obviously biased & fails to report the whole story? "Dan Rather goes way back with me covering lots of history. I had come to appreciate the man and I don't believe in throwing the baby out with the bath water." *** If Bush apologized that he sorry that got caught lying, but he didn't apologize for the actual lies, would you forgive him too? "The apology was the only thing I was pointing out. I was asked about who on the left side of the aisle apologize and I gave Rather. Fact is, he did apologize.. " It was not an appropriate apology based on what actually transpired. Rather apologized only for airing the documents. He has never even admitted they were obvious forgeries!. He apologized for getting caught. Rather's faux apology came only after it was obvious he had perpetrated one of the most heinous acts of politically driven agenda journalism in an obvious attempt to unseat a sitting President just prior to the election. His faux apology came only after he repeatedly lied & misled America multiple times, yet he never apologized for those horrific acts. Not one of them! He was sorry he got caught. No more, no less! Yet you think this proves that a liberal actually apologized appropriately about something. Give me a break.
