China Will Aid Myanmar in the Narcotics Alternative Planting

On 30 Dec. 2004, Ambassador Li Jinjun of Chinese Embassy carried out the confirmation of the exchange of letters with U Soe Tha, Minister of the National Planning & Economic Development, the Union of Myanmar. Chinese Government plans to render a gratis aid to Myanmar to help Myanmar Government to launch the narcotics alternative planting in Kokan Area in North Myanmar.
