Dealer, sounds like you had noise on that phone line. Just a little but can cause major problems. Glad it's fixed and hope you get that DSL soon.

I'm still on dial up out here in the country. We periodically check to see how far down the road DSL has made it to and looks like we might be the next road to get it.
