Down the road from me is a plant that takes laying chickens that are dead and dying and shoots them out of a cannon at a 100 mph into a gigantic fan which separates the feathers and the guts and the meat and compresses so called useable parts into a pellet.

This meat pellet is then packaged and fed to chickens and cows and swine. The U.S. should not let Canada ship meat until they clean up their act which they have refused to do.

Btw - both instances of mad cow in Canada came from dairy cows imported from the U.S. where you have a policy of shoot, shovel and shut up.
