A country like the US need a first rate diplomacy. Its US diplomacy is second or third rate rate and not worse of a country like the US! That's what I am trying to say here. Other diplomats are eating -and will continue to eat- the US for breakfast. US diplomats are old foguies reminders of the cold war. Enemies of the US are saying: "See they have back tracked and denied they didn't want to side track the U.N." It doesn;t pass a day without the US getting a black eye. It is so damn easy to see! Meanhwile other countries like Brazil are taking advantage of this vacuum of leaderhsip. Any diplomacy worse of its salt had ended Saddam regime with a few pizzas. Like I proposed.
