It appears while the chattering ones are prancing about talking about what others are doing, others are actually rolling up their sleeves and doing something. The business of "leading" this is one of the dumbest things I've ever heard. The NGOs do this kind of work, not countries. Damn bunch of peafowl arguing over leadership. BTW, I saw a news segment on Sri Lanka yesterday indicating that Save the Children has had people in all these places early on and were johnny on the spot when the wave came in. You were looking for a good, integrated charity...
