We anticipate the AMEX listing to be finalized in the first quarter after the initial contracts are finalized and initial revenue is established. Its our understanding that industry reaction to this new technology has been positive. Hubby says: "As an analog, we liken it to the transistor replacing the vacuum tube. The application to this technology is ubiquitous."

PS:...just saw your edit: This last sentence is certainly correct... Raser Technologies holds patents that cover breakthrough electric motor technology.
