fully in line with my previous post on this matter.
The Japanese administration running a society like Europe where a major part of the GNP is confiscated and managed by the government and not left in the hands of and handled by the private sector like in the US should indeed be up front of the beneficiary powers.
Quite natural only.
Who is in command of the major part of the GNP should pledge more than the other sector of any nation.
Japan indeed is a good example here and we should compare their 500 Million to the 20 Million of Germany rather than wasting our time on bashing the US or rather GW personally.
