As far as Icebrg is concerned, that's not a "guarantee" for anything. I know, because I have seen him making a lot of mistakes in the past.

As for Peter, I am not sure he is bullish. I guess interested would be a better word describing his level of attention.

I have been notified that I have 2.5% excess in my portfolio..therefore I am reducing my COR allocation to 10% from 12.5%..
