The system has developed a lot like society in the U.S over many years. The system has never and will never change over night. In my opinion, the change would first have to be massive and by the people.Some of these lifer clown's who make have never read a biography on a founding father or actually studied the meanings behind the constitution will always use the position as " I am Powerful" "I control" when in truth they all put their pants on the same way you and I do. The system won't change until the B.S. Changes. JMHO.
