This year's oil prices hit an all time record high, and they remain high. Are you speculating that the price will go down over the next year? Lots of people are. You may just be in May of 2000 betting stock prices will zip right back up. "Now 60% of the Mexican gov't budget comes from Pemex, oil prices are falling, and the possibility of a Mexican gov't default is present again." Which is just more speculation on your part.
