Yiwu the Mad: It's those devil foreigners again <some Indian scientists openly suspected that this earthquake might be caused by some developed countries who was testing man-made earthquake.

There is no countries openly admitting doing this type of test except Japan, who has done some small-scale test in their Fuji Mountain area. And someone from Russian Duma claimed as early as 2002 that the US has been doing some type of research to create man-made earthquake, tsunami, and avalanche in order to cause chaos in opponent country.
