Yiwu the Mad Racist promotes idiotic things as fact, even if she doesn't believe them, as long as they denigrate Westerners and especially Americans. That's what racists do - make up, or propagate, absurd stereotypes and things such as "Jews feed on Moslem childrens' blood", snopes.com even if they know or suspect that they are untrue and absurd. As long as the target is tainted, that's good enough to join the absurdity.
