I like it. Right on except I predict they continue raising into April where we will be at 3%. Are you still predicting flat or declining long term bonds? After all we do need a flatter yield curve 6 months ahead of the recession. I think the long term treasuries start backing up late Spring and move up at least 150 basis points from today's levels the rest of the year as an added jolt to weakening bubble housing markets.
