Rewards will be staggering for those who hold out and act as the last betrayers. 8) Eliot Spitzer will rise above the fray by burying dozens of ongoing investigations into Wall Street and thereby increasing his campaign finances to the largest sum ever available to a New York Governor's candidate. The GOP will call "foul" and claim it is a system of blatant bribery. 9) Oh, did I mention that corruption will be at an all-time high? 10) There are no new tsunamis in Sumatra.
