Well.... I only know what I read in the newspapers. And this one says that computer keyboards harbor over 3,000 germs per square inch. By comparison, the average toilet seat only has about 50 germs per square inch.

Now, germs being the extremely resilient, nimbly adaptable sort they are, I can only speculate that some of these figured out a way to hop onto fiberoptic and make their way into the bowels of SI, where they manipulate electrons maliciously, warping them into the sorts of posts we see all too often from creatures who are pollutants in the gene pool in the first place.
