Oh my goodness- what is the concentrated blackcurrant mix? We get a syrup of blackcurrants for our waffles- is that what you mean? I've had the Delarbo cookies (at least I think they are Delarbo) that have blackcurrant jam in them. I get them at Andronico's (and of course I bought them in Scotland too). I've had the candy, but not the cough syrup. While we were in Scotland I used to buy the fresh red and black currants to garnish our salads- they were so pretty, and so good for us too.
