I know it has.....I just don't want anymore floating around.

The stuff in what was the USSR is going to be a real problem at some point in our future....at least thats my fear.

This is going to sound terrible but I'm going to say it anyhow

The problem I have with nukes is not the loss of life. Its the fact that it destroys an area and leaves it hot for 1000's of years. I pretty much figure that we as human beings are going to kill if and when we want to kill. But when it destroys the very land we need to survive on as a species its a real problem. I doesn't just impact the decision makers of today. We hand that problem off to the next 2000 generations....assuming there are any future generations if we use that garbage. I'm really convinced that if we could bottle and condense my wifes farts we could kill all the people we wanted and it wouldn't ruin the land. Every plant would lose its leaves for a year but they'd come back to life. It would be like a nutron bomb with no radiation
