I don't these issues were IGNORED. I knew about all these things. It was that Nix (cannot recall his name )or some inspector was going into Iraq with his Inspectors and he said that there were NO WMD..and that Saddam was living up to these mandates.. However, I am the type of person who would walk around Robin Hood's barn to avoid a confrontation. Therefore, I would have tried every avenue open to me ... to avoid that strike on Iraq.. which meant giving the inspectors more time.
