In times of crisis, the world should look to the so called leaders of the particular country where the crisis occurred.

This disaster is so large, the entire world should be paying attention. I notice the Middle Eastern Countries haven't been paying much attention. Will have to check on South American and African countries. Did hear that one very poor African country that had donated $50,000 plus which was a huge amount for them.
