Yes, it is leaning that way. But the neckline break will have to be confirmed.

It doesn't make sense to me, since everybody knows OPEC will not let prices slide too much, but that's what the chart sure suggests to me.

I'd say short is the best place to be for the next few days or so, but there's a couple of stocks from yesterday's list that still look like good long setups:

CHKP

(suggests to me that this will go lower before it moves up)
