I cant say for sure, but for me at least what would be most important would be the establishment of a Constitution with individual rights. This process as I understand it will begin after the elections. I have to believe that as an individual Iraqi begins to learn of HIS RIGHTS he will be very upset with the terroristic Iraqi's that would attempt to SUBVERT his newly achieving rights and would come on full steam to assist USA and Iraqi defense forces with routing out the subhumans. Remember, terrorists can ONLY survive with the will of the people, if the people turn against them their days will be numbered. jdn

Expect little change until the locals go beyond the fear of the terrorists and develope some self & national pride that over-rides the fear.
