This is of course patently absurd. It is like saying "yes, the woman was unconscious from intoxication, but women like sex and so I assumed she wanted it and thus consent was inferred". We had no business invading Iraq, and to say that we have some right to "guess" at what they wanted and to invade at their assumed invitation is a farce. Such desperate attempts to conjure a valid reason to invade merely underscore how empty these attempts have been from day one.
