segb.ob - what's up with SEG, Frankly? ... quite the move lately ... there is apparently a new rule coming in the US, against naked short selling, i wonder if this has anything to do with it, maybe the MMs have previously been too cheap to spring for a trading inventory .... or, somebody wants it for some reason ... stock is pretty tightly held, the financials have been uninspiring but maybe something is in the works cpt.v - yeah some of us remember, try as we might not to -g- ... i think it's got a run coming by april or so, i expect a double on shares bought in the .40s ... driven by what, who's to say, could be optimism regarding SEG instead of CIBT this time around? ..... cheers
