Here is how I can, with an absolutely clear conscience: Most of my communications with Grainne have been via PM. Some banned individuals may not want to be unbanned. I would not want to make anyone unhappy, of course. The only thing you need to do to get unbanned is tell me privately to unban you, and I will. No public notice, just quiet unbanning. No groveling or apologizing or anything else of any kind is required (or desired). I made a demand rather than a submit to her request to make a request.
