Petz, Re: One time charges (gains), anticipated or unanticipated, specifically mentioned in the company's earnings release, shall be excluded from the company numbers used to calculate the contest results, but only if, for each charge (gain), 1. It is shown as a line item in the earnings release 2. The release contains a calculation of earnings per share that exludes the item.> Pick the damn numbers the company CHOSES to pull out of it's hat for earnings and revenue. Both numbers can easily be moved by the companies by 10% over 1 or 2 quarters without any line items. Purely executive decisions. Even revenue. Fact of life, at least as I see it. -tgp
