Sorry.....Bush's first acts in issuing condolence letters to the leaders of the affected nations, while not in front of a microphone, were what rational Americans would expect.....and you can state your opinion as "fact" all you like but I doubt very much you'd recognize a fact if it came up and introduced itself to you....
