The relief effort certainly shows that Bush only reacts and does not think. If it's possible to be wrong by doing too much good I think you will find that example with the Bush league. I suspect they are trying to setup Kofi and the UN for some kind of corruption charge when this burst of stuff bottlenecks somewhere as it will inevitably do.

Huh? Its a disaster area......not a war zone. Most people in disaster areas are not in the mood to fight or behead relief workers. In fact, a ceasefire has been declared in Sumatra which has been at war with Indonesia for years.
