KLP-- the blaming of minors is not new. Parents (ok, low life parents) have been doing it for decades. The Postal Inspectors, used to bust the adult when they signed for a shipment of drugs so the perps would fake an injured hand or whatever and have a minor sign. So things became tougher, now the wait until an electronic signal is received indicating the package has been opened and then bust in. There are usually a few vehicles also involved in case the package is moved prior to opening as they can follow it too.
