Sounds like Kerry isn't too impressed by it.

"Kerry is traveling in the Middle East and will not attend Thursday's joint session. In a written statement, spokeswoman April Boyd seemed to provide little support for Conyers' [the dem who wants Congress to object to the Ohio vote] effort.

"Senator Kerry conceded the election on November 3rd. ... He has been very clear all along that voting irregularities must be examined, not because it would change the outcome of the election but because it's critical to our democracy," Boyd said.

That's the basic smell test for me. If Kerry & Edwards don't think there were irregularities that actually rose to the level of affecting the outcome, then neither should I.

Especially Edwards. Trial lawyers like him don't give up if there's still a hope.
