He conceded the election, that's true. But then as the irregularities began to emerge and the Green and Libertarian parties called for a recount, Kerry put his weight behind that effort and his money too.

When you look at the size and scope of the irregularities, you can see that the election should have been closer than it was.

Will it change the outcome if these irregularities are investigated? Who knows...and who cares. Any wrong doing in an election needs to be uncovered and prosecuted to the full extent of the law, or at least exposed so that new laws can be written to stop the abuses.

Yes one senator should step up and say this bears a closer look. A little disinfectant sprinkled on a democracy is always good. Let the sun in...the best disinfectant there is.
