It boils my blood...Of course I received nothing, because it was a "2nd home"...a good thing, because had it happened a month later, it would have been my only home.. We just got electricity and the building still doesn't have an occupancy certificate...no telling when we'll be able to get back in the building. The good news is all the sand is out of the swimming pools.
