Great article. It really points out the differences between Republicans and Democrats and the U.S. and Europe. It's also not a coincidence that the average Republican is wealthier than the average Democrat. Republicans understand finance, how to make wealth, and keep it. Whereas, Democrats subscribe to the give away the farm mentality. Generalization, I know, but useful ones.

Again, you don't know what you are talking about. For 8 years, between 1992 and 2000, a democratic administration supervised and promoted the longest contigous economic expansion. Tremendous wealth was created during this period...by all accounts and measurements this democratic administration delivered on every measurement imaginable. Trade, employment, inflation, budget management, expenses. The republican approach is simplistic, simple minded really...like everything else republican.
