I suggest that you get WinZip since all the documents are 'zipped.' It will open anything that is 'zipped' for you regardless of the format so long as it is Microsoft's, and costs only $29. Downloads are also a lot quicker. Plus, you can 'zip' your own files, which is something I rarely do but have available. "Zipping" as I appreciate it is simply compressing a file--don't ask me how.

You can use Powerpoint Viewer to open the presentations (after you have unzipped them).
