Argue with jtallen with these word games. I understand both definitions. He is describing a multi-lateral force and you are describing a unilateral decision made without the worlds participation. BTW, i dont think you lied as he says and both of you need to accept that both uses of the word are accurate.

I see, someone made a mistake thinking uni was from the Latin word for one, it's actually the Latin for 100. That will make unicycles a lot easier to ride.
